This is a Call for Consensus (CfC) email


Please review the  Success criteria numbered 36  that are weighting for group approval  by the  end of the 25th of November (4 days from now). Note we are giving a day less as we are close to the deadline (minimum  is 48 hours)

 Silence will be interpreted as support, though +1  messages of support are certainly welcome. 




If you object to this proposed action, or have comments concerning this  proposal, please respond no later  than 23:59 (Midnight) Boston Time, 25th of November 
 


Unless anyone objects small editorial changes will be done without an new CFC.
