Re: deadline this week

Hello Lisa,
I just added introductory paragraphs to the Distraction issue paper and made a pull request in GitHub. I made formatting changes & complete sentences. I believe it meets the prepublication checklist criteria.  Please let me know if any additional changes need to be made. No response on previous changes so assume all good.
