Gap Analysis 6.3.3.2

Hi,

Section 6.3.3.2 in the Gap Analysis doc (
https://w3c.github.io/wcag/coga/gap-analysis.html) is under the wrong
heading and may not be needed.

The heading for section 6.2 is "*Aphasia* Due to Brain Injury".
The heading for section 6.3 is "Non-Vocal".
The heading for section 6.*3*.3.2 is "How Symptoms Result in Challenges for
People with *Aphasia*".

Section 6.3.3.2 should be numbered 6.*2*.3.*3*. Noting that it has no
content, it could just be removed.
