One general comment on the section with the summary of issues and techniques is to have a sub-heading for the main issue paper section and each issue paper sub-section. Otherwise it is difficult to pick out each topic without thoroughly reading the whole major section. The current formatting shows each issue paper topic with the same formatting as each issue paper's sub-topics as well as the Issue Paper subsection itself.
