I just received a document recently published by the U.S. Federal
Communications Commission (FCC) on best practices for accessibility and
usability of ICT for people with cognitive disabilities. It's pretty
brief, just 2 pages, and lacks a lot from what we've done, but thought the
group might be interested. These are not policy requirements, but do show
that the US government is very interested in tackling this space.
