Hi FolksI am thinking that we do not want to repeat the discussions in the issue papers or in the techniques again in the gap analysis

It would be better to do it as a table with links and references to the main discussion - such as an issue paper or WCAG or ARIA proposal

Such as

User Needs Content and HTML WCAG New Semantics Personalization Operating System/Other Discussions
Simpler content New SC required to require making content adaptable https://www.w3.org/WAI/PF/cognitive-a11y-tf/wiki/Proposal_for_WCAG#Enable_adaptability
 https://rawgit.com/w3c/coga/master/issue-papers/links-buttons.html

Familiar UI Json easy personalization proposal https://www.w3.org/WAI/PF/cognitive-a11y-tf/wiki/Proposal_for_WCAG#Enable_adaptability
 https://rawgit.com/w3c/coga/master/issue-papers/links-buttons.html

  Familiar language
  Usable security

All the best
