techniques document errors

Hi Michael
A lot of the later changes on the github version of the techniques  did not make it into the editors draft. Do you know what happened? Were cn we see the last version we were working on.
For example Use of synchronized highlighting, of complex graphics and formula with speech was in the version from 31/03/2015 but not in the editors draft.
