I need to put together revised schedules for our next steps activities for COGA So far I have: Get the work we have done on the user groups publish ready for the first working draft. This will include a new introduction and the he cognitive-functions table (next two weeks) Putting together a first draft of techniques Gap analysis on use cases Putting together a first draft of issue papers about specific areas that need special consideration, such as: security and capture (draft by John), online payments, providing help, interruptions, interoperable symbols... Item 4, the issue papers may need some demos, worked examples etc. Getting the the user groups studies publish ready must happen next, but after that I am tempted to say getting drafts of techniques and issue papers will help us create the gap analysis. Further I think while myself and Micheal work on the first working draft the group can be working on the other items. So we should be able to support an aggressive schedule, with items 1, 2, and part of 4 delivered by the new year. Your thoughts?
