new content for user reasearch module

Hi Folks

Please find attached a draft of all the new content to go into the working draft of the user research document.
I would like to discuss and (hopefully) approve most of it on the call today. Please try and review the attached document and see if you have any issues with it. 



The working draft will also include the user research found at: 
 Research on User Groups and the ADD module (not up yet)
