Proposals for imporved accessibility

I wanted to add 2 more suggestions to the "potentials for inclusion" section of the Wiki

1. Interoperable symbol set codes for Non Vocal people. Products for people who are non vocal often use symbolys to help users comunicate. These symbols are in fact peoples language.
Unfortuatly many of these symbols are both subject to copy write AND not interoprabel. That means end-users can only use one device, and can not use apps or AT from a different company.
I was thinking that if we made an open set of symbol codes for these symbol sets, then they can be interoproble. That means the end use could buy the symbols and use them across diffrent devices or applications. They would still be proprietary but they would also be interoperable.

2. There should be a standard way to get an operator in Voice ML systems (like phone menus). For example pressing 0 could always take you to a human operator. Although not all systems will conform, at least vital services could have useable phone service for people with low working memory and other cognitive disabilities.

Other ideas from the last few calls included biometrics for capture and security (with a choice/options)
