It should be pointed out that said link says they based their findings
on a study of "8 students with cognitive or learning disabilities that
were age 12 to 17 and in grades 6 to 11. Each student reported frequent
use of the web."
Note that disability type is not mentioned. The number is small and they
represent a group of savvy web users, thereby making their general
validity questionable.
Also, can anyone find the bibliography of the literature they actually
reviewed?
