I forgot to include information on how to enable WebNN on web browsers. WebNN is currently supported on recent chromium based browsers, e.g. Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge and Opera GX, and you will be able to find a suitable browser on Windows, Android, Linux and MacOS. Unfortunately, WebNN may not be enabled by default, so you may need to go into the browser settings to enable it. To enable chrome://flags/#web-machine-learning-neural-network: 1. Open Google Chrome and type chrome://flags in the address bar, then press Enter. 2. Browse or use the search bar at the top to find specific flags you want to enable. 3. For each flag, select the dropdown menu next to it (usually says DEFAULT) and choose Enabled. 4. After enabling the desired flags, click Relaunch at the bottom of the page to apply the changes.
