Preprint for paper on swarm monitoring, orchestration and simulation

FYI - I’ve written a paper on swarm monitoring, orchestration and simulation for a conference in September. It covers extensions to chunks & rules for messaging and synchronisation across a group of cognitive agents, and discusses ideas for further exploration, including the means to suspend and resume tasks to deal with interruptions, machine learning across multiple agents, and the relationship to generative AI.
