Updated Chunks & rules specification

I’ve updated the chunks & rules specification to improve the abstract and introduction, to document rule compilation, plus new informative sections on data models, mimicking human memory and the scripting API.  Your feedback is welcomed.   Please let me know if you have any objections to this new version [1] replacing the former version [2].

p.s. I am also working on the specification for the plausible knowledge notation. This should be ready for review within a couple of weeks from now.
