VS Code CHK Language / Syntax Highlighting

Hi all,

I started on a VS Code language / syntax highlighting extension; it seems
it ends-up registering with a language server protocol?  and whilst maybe
i'm misguided, i don't really want to take responsibility for the
.chk language service, etc.

I'd be happy for someone else to fix / replace / finish it.

If there's no interest, then I might look at doing so after a couple of
weeks of Silence, etc.

FWIW:  coding ain't really my thing - i don't consider myself an expert in
that area...
