Updated times lot for Cognitive AI telecons

Many thanks to those of you who responded to the doodle poll. It seems that the most favoured time slot on Monday’s is 16:00 in the UK.  I now need to update the booking and the info on the main GitHub page.  The next call will be in a week’s time on Monday 17th May. By then I expect to have updated the chunks library to use ! In place of ~ as agreed in a previous call, along with the corresponding revisions to the demos and test suite.  I can then resume work on cognitive NLP that was started last year.
