[Cognitive AI] Call for approval on advancing Chunks spec to CG report

This is a call to all members of the W3C Cognitive AI Community Group in respect to advancing the chunks spec [1] from draft to a public report. If you have any objections please detail them in a response to this email by the close of business, Friday, 19th February 2021.

There is test suite [2] and a browser-based sandbox [3]. These all use an open source JavaScript library for chunk graphs and rules [4]. In addition, there is a suite of demos [5]. Having advanced the chunks spec to a published CG report, there will be opportunities to update it as needed as we gain further experience.
