COGA Community Group - November 4, 2021 meeting recap

Hello COGA Community Group,

Thank you to all who attended today's community group meeting. We had an
excellent conversation about the value of synchronized and recorded
captions from a cognitive perspective.

*Aditya, Lee, and Szu *volunteered to draft a report to share with the
community group. I mentioned I would put the three of you in touch, but I

Speaking of Slack, *Aditya *created a Slack channel for us

This space can be used to engage asynchronously, even if you are unable to
attend the meetings.

Finally, unfortunately by sending out the meeting URL to try to help
everyone get unblocked from joining, I accidentally compromised it. We will
have to have a new one generated. We will work this out before our next
APAC-friendly meeting on November 17 at 02:00 UTC (November 16 for AMER).
