Feedback on usability testing for cognitive accessibility

Hello,

I recently looked over the draft for "Making Content Usable for People with
Cognitive and Learning Disabilities", and I wanted to provide some feedback
on section 4.1 <https://www.w3.org/TR/coga-usable/#differences_testing>.

One of the bullet points says the following:

> It helps to provide easy methods of assessing mood, rather than asking for
> the participant to verbalize, try asking them to select a smiley face...

What is the expected impact of this on autistic usability testers?
