Simplified Chinese cut&paste

Angel,

i think i've transferred as much of the Simplified Chinese translation 
as i can to the github doc. All is marked up with class="checkme". Text 
for which i couldn't find a translation is still marked up as 
class="translateme".

now it's just a question of
1. reading through the text
2. making any corrections needed in the blue, and removing the 
class="checkme"
3. translating any stuff with a yellow background, and removing the 
class="translateme"
