folks, since the English version of clreq is the authoritative one, we should reverse the order of the linguistic units of content from zh+en to en+zh (as is the case for klreq, http://www.w3.org/TR/klreq/). (soon that will be en+zh-hans+zh as Angel is about to introduce a SC translation) i propose to make that change over the coming weekend. please speak out asap if you have any concerns about this, otherwise i'll go ahead. cheers, ri
