Yes, Section 1.1 is done but I haven't finished the translation for
1.2 and it wont be possible for me to find the time to work on it in
the next 2 weeks since I have a lot of other important action items
for the WebApps WG, so I'd suggest you leave it to Angel.

 
i did section 1.1
 
section 1.2 looked pretty much complete, so i did that too

 
The page on W3C website is still not available http://www.w3.org/International/docs/chinese-layout/zh/ .
When can we release this draft for public review?
