Draft FPWD V2.0 Available

Hi Richard, Angel,

I believe we have almost closed all the major issues[1] that will have 
impacts to the content. These issues were raised bythe Chinese 
communities and the editors after we released the draft.

The current draft in W3C/GitHub is ready for the FPWD and the final 
draft for your translation. Let me know if anything needed
