This is a Call for Review of a proposed recharter for the Chinese Web 
Interest Group:

The deadline for responses is 03:59 UTC on 2022-10-26 (23:59, Boston 
time on 2022-10-25) [0].

This new charter extends the group for another two years to continue 
providing a forum to enhance the participation in Web standards work 
from the Chinese Web community, and adds MiniApps Working Group to the 
Coordination section.

The current participants will not need to rejoin the group if the 
revised charter is approved.

The current charter [2] is hereby extended until 30 December 2022 to 
accommodate the charter review period.
