The Director is pleased to announce the approval of the Chinese Web 
Interest Group charter:
   https://www.w3.org/2020/10/chinese-web-ig-charter.html

The group is chartered through 30 September 2022.

Please use the following form to join the group. The form will also 
instruct you how to nominate participants:

Current participants will remain in this group and are not required to 
re-join.

The Interest Group Chairs are Yiling Gu (Baidu), Anqi (Angel) Li 
(Alibaba), Wanming Lin (Intel), Zhiqiang Yu (Huawei). Team Contacts are 
Fuqiao Xue and Xueyuan Jia for a total of 0.15 FTE.
