中文兴趣组联合主席彭星因所属单位变更工作变动，现卸任兴趣组的联合主席一职。我们在此对彭星在任期间对小组工作的大力支持表示衷心的感谢！

我们同时很荣幸地宣布，顾轶灵（百度）正式出任小组的新任联合主席，与其他三位主席：李安琪（阿里巴巴）、林万铭（英特尔）、余枝强（华为）共同主持小组的日常工作，进一步推动中国 
Web 社区对 Web 标准工作的参与。

Chairs,

This is to inform you that Xing Peng (formerly Baidu) has stepped down 
from his role as co-Chair of the Chinese Web Interest Group [1] as he 
recently changed responsibilities due to affiliation change.

W3C is pleased to appoint Yiling Gu (Baidu) as new co-chair of the 
Interest Group. He joins continuing co-chairs, Anqi Li (Alibaba), 
Wanming Lin (Intel) and Zhiqiang Yu (Huawei), driving the group 
conversation to enhance the participation in Web standards work from the 
Chinese Web community.

We would like to express our thanks to Xing Peng for his past service as 
co-chair of the group. We welcome Yiling Gu to his new role.

This announcement follows section 5.1 of the W3C Process Document [2].
