Auto-generating Alt - text for Chem MathML

Hi everyone,

I had a question on the creation of alt-text for MathML for chemistry. Are
there any agreed-upon methods for how to create accurate chemistry MathML
alt-text? Currently we are relying upon MathML to auto-generate alt-text,
but this does not work in chemistry contexts.

I know this has been touched upon in the past within the chemistry group,
but it is currently work that is far away and with the MathML group right
now.
