I would be happy to present for 20 minutes, with 5-10 minutes for questions, to the W3C Chemistry Accessibility meeting on 2/6 at 12:00 PM.  Below is my title and abstract:

 

"Use of a Tactile Braille Tablet for Communicating Chemistry to Blind Users"

 

Recent advances in hardware have made it possible for a Braille tablet device to allow a blind users to interact with Braille text, graphics, animation, and other content in a unique way.  This is particularly suited to Chemistry, which often involves graphically-intensive data, interactive or animated data, and manipulation of data tables.  We will explore some of these ideas and how they relate to existing W3C standards.

I would like you to discuss with this group a bit about the multi-line refreshable braille display and in particular the tactile graphics capabilities. The group would like you to discuss specifically what types of inputs of chemistry graphics does your technology need to render raised line drawings with braille labels.

Please let me know if you an still do this. If you could keep the presentation to 25 minutes with 5 minutes for questions.
