Silence and back

Sorry folks,

I've so busy last days that I wasn't able to know from where to start again
(I would have helped me to find a diff from last time I checked this

Here is the plan for the next few months

1) I don't want to lay in the road of proposal : it's a community group,
not an official W3C working group, so everyone should be able to come and
propose items of work. I will just try to coordinate them as they come along

2) It would be great if most of the work could be done via Wiki and Mailing
Lists. We should do our best to start teleconferences, but we also should
try to reuse existing events to gather there and have our face to face
(what about XML Prague 2015 ?)

3) There is already some wikipage started so please if there is a technical
issue to fill them yourself, just copy paste what you intend to write there
in a email (public or direct to me) such as I can just put the information
there

4) I propose a plan to try to get around some serialisation difference in a
future email (stay tuned)
