Hello cdf, I belive there's a bug in the testsuite, in the WICD Core 1.0 testcase #7 #9, "param render static" [1]. According to 3.2.1.1 [2] scripted animations should still run if <param name="render" value="static"> is specified. The referenced svg image has both declarative and scripted animations (rotation is declarative, colorfade of arrow is scripted). The test pass criteria says: [[ This test has passed, if the left SVG animates, while the animations of the right SVG are stoped. ]] It should say that the right SVG must not rotate, but that it must fade the color from black to white continously.
