Hi.

This comment is editorial, so hopefully it is not too late.  Section 2.2
is entitled "ECMAScript 3rd Edition Compact Profile" yet the sentence
just below the heading states:

  Conformant WICD Mobile user agents must support ECMAScript 3rd Edition
  as a scripting language.

This should mention, and reference, the compact profile explicitly
(ECMA-327).
