I don't know the best place to insert the text, but maybe in sections 
3.3 of WICD Full and WICD Mobile:

    Note: SVG allows in most cases to omit the 'px' unit from a length
    value (e.g., "<tspan font-size='7'>"), but CSS doesn't (e.g.,
    'line-height: 2' is different from 'line-height: 2px'). Thus, units
    must always be specified in a CSS style sheet, even when the style
    rule applies to an SVG element. E.g., 'tspan {font-size: 7}' is an
    error and has no effect.
