CfC: Publish "Canvas 2D Context, Level 2" as a WG Note

The HTML Chairs are issuing a Call for Consensus to publish the "Canvas 2D Context, Level 2" as a WG Note.

The draft W3C Web Platform WG charter includes Canvas 2D Context in its deliverables but the reference points to the Canvas2D CR specification [1] which the HTML WG has now approved to be published as a Proposed Recommendation [1].



We propose to publish Canvas 2D Context, Level2 as a WG Note since it is not actively being worked on.  If the Web Platform WG, some other WG or the Web Incubator Community Group want to take up future work on Canvas 2D Context, Level 2 then they can consider the WG Note as input to that new work.



Silence will be taken to mean there is no objection, but positive responses are encouraged.  If there are no objections by Friday Sep 25, this resolution will carry.
