Re: background of canvas accessibility

Steve was proposing applying an image map to canvas based on early work
done by Opera. It did not garner support. Some problems:

- limited to basic image map shapes
- more work to handle dynamically changing content
- the editor did not like it.

Some thing is vague for me ,the issue of canvas accessibility was
considered in 2007 or 2009 by Steve Faulkner?
