More infor for today's canvas accessibility call

Before I go head long into fully specifying access for all meta data
integration into the over content selection solution we need to discuss the
list. What we need to be able to do is allow for content selection by a
third party AT or the web application without polluting the UI with a
multiple UI selections provided in the same UI. It could get out of hand
quickly.

- what is reasonable to implement
- Should we use media queries to trigger content selection?

While the problem we have of resource identification and selection is a
<canvas> issue it is not limited to <canvas>.
