To get added to the mailing list people need to either send a mail to one
of the organizers, or to the general mailing list.

I have asked all presenters to post their slide onto the Wiki.

Regarding the mailing lists, can people sign themselves up?  I wasn't
sure of this.
Also, I arrived late and missed Jim Hendler's presentation.  Is it
available anywhere?
