Visually generate declarative mappings of SQL to RDF 2. Deploying the SQL-RDF as Linked Data (i.e. the URL rewrite rules that map to SPARQL DESCRIBE calls on the Linked Data Server side) 3. Use of XMLA to deliver ODBC/JDBC style SQL database connectivity from Javascript All of the above happens within your Web Browser. And as is the case with ODBC/JDBC/ADO.NET/OLE-DB style data access via Drivers/Providers, you only require an XMLA Tabular Data Provider for the backend data access, that's it. This entire effort is very much in line with the W3C's newly constituted RDB2RDF Interest Group <http://www.w3.org/2005/Incubator/rdb2rdf/>. -- Regards, Kingsley Idehen Weblog: http://www.openlinksw.com/blog/~kidehen President & CEO OpenLink Software Web: http://www.openlinksw.com
