According to the registration list, not a lot of participants are expected.
But I suppose quantity does not determine quality. 

 

One question regarding the registration list - My colleague would like to
attend the meeting, but he is not registered at W3.org. Is it possible for
her to come? Can I add her to the registration list? Please advice.
