We are currently exploring options for bringing more variety to the Semantic Web Gatherings. One idea is to have some panel discussions. I'd therefore appreciate your feedback on the following ideas for panels, and any suggestions that you may have for other panels. Ideas for panelists would also be good. 1. Value proposition of frequently deployed Semantic Web solutions 2. Federated versus centralized data management 3. How good is good enough in ontology engineering 4. Intersection of the document Web, Web 2.0, and the Semantic Web Another idea that has been proposed is that we invite people to share project plans, and the Semantic Web experts at the meeting outline their preferred architectural solutions. We'd request that project details are shared in advance of the meeting, and that they are high level and brief. We'd appreciate any feedback that you may have on these ideas. Cheers, Susie PS Please mark your calendars for the next Semantic Web Gathering which is being held on October 9 (http://esw.w3.org/topic/CambridgeSemanticWebGatherings/Meeting/2007-10-09_Gathering).
