[Browser Testing Tools] Adding WebSocket over HTTP/3 Infra support to WPT

Hi All,

I recently joined the Browser Testing and Tools group, and I’m looking to add WebSocket over HTTP/3 support to Web Platform Tests.

Currently, WPT has infrastructure for WebSocket testing over HTTP/1.1 and HTTP/2,  but I didn’t find any equivalent support for HTTP/3.
I’d like to understand the best way to add this, including both the tests and the required infrastructure.

Could you share, what the recommended first steps would be to enable this support in WPT?
