This is an advance notice that work is in progress on an updated charter
for the Browser Testing and Tools Working Group:

The updated charter will continue the group’s existing work of producing
technologies for use in testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Web
applications running in Web browsers.

The Team expects to formally propose this charter to the Membership in

mailing list <w3c-ac-forum@w3.org> [1]. We also welcome your general
expressions of interest and support on that mailing list.

The current charter [2] is hereby extended to 29 February 2024, to allow
the Browser Testing and Tools WG to continue its work and to cover the
time needed for the rechartering process to complete.
