Browser Testing and Tools Working Group Charter has expired from Henrik Skupin on 2023-10-17 (public-browser-tools-testing@w3.org from October to December 2023)

Hi,

This morning I merged a PR on the WebDriver classic repository [1] and
noticed that the "Deploy to W3C" task failed [3] with:

"The group does not have any current charter, please contact the team
contact."

This probably means that our charter has expired and needs to be extended.

David or Simon, could one of you please have a look?
