Fwd: [Bug 28131] New: Currently the spec defines switching to window by handle only, does it need by name too?

Please can people put their thoughts on this in here so we can make sure
that UA implement the correct behaviour.

in http://w3c.github.io/webdriver/webdriver-spec.html#switchtowindow we only
mention "DOMString handle". Should this only handle the UUID as the spec
says
or should we also handle names as the open source project does?
