Currently the spec (https://w3c.github.io/webdriver/webdriver-spec.html) allows
to only get / delete cookies associated with the active document address.

IMO an ability to delete all cookies in user agent cookie manager associated
the current session would be very useful for end users of Webdriver protocol.
