https://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=25058 Bug ID: 25058 Summary: Section 10.4 doesn't handle Unicode spaces Product: Browser Test/Tools WG Version: unspecified Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: normal Priority: P2 Component: WebDriver Assignee: public-browser-tools-testing@w3.org Reporter: botalov.andrey@gmail.com QA Contact: public-browser-tools-testing@w3.org CC: mike@w3.org Unicode non-breaking space ( ) is a whitespace character that occurs quite often in HTML documents. So I think it should be handled by Rendering text section. Unicode defines other whitespace characters (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Whitespace_(computers)#Unicode) too. I think they should be handled correctly as whitespace by the spec. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the QA Contact for the bug.
