            Bug ID: 24994
Summary: Remove id parameter for Element state methods.
           Product: Browser Test/Tools WG
           Version: unspecified
          Hardware: All
               URL: https://dvcs.w3.org/hg/webdriver/raw-file/c63d9d82fb58
                    /webdriver-spec.html#reading-element-state
                OS: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: WebDriver
          Assignee: public-browser-tools-testing@w3.org
          Reporter: fisherii@google.com
        QA Contact: public-browser-tools-testing@w3.org

These are method calls on the WebElement type, so the id is implicit and
shouldn't need to be included (similar to the sessionId in methods defined on
WebDriver)
