Regular WD of the WebDriver spec

Hi,

We've not done a great job of pushing out new versions of the webdriver
spec on a regular basis, and I'd like to change that. How do people feel
about doing a regular WD push once a month? If that's not suitable, I'm
open to ideas (once every N commits or once every three months, whichever
happens soonest? Some other metric?)
