New Draft MWABP (14th Jan)

Hi guys,

I minimal update to fix a couple of minor typos and include a couple of
Alan's editorial comments.

I've reviewed Chaals' editorial comment (see separate email) and don't think
it needs a text change, but I might have misunderstood the issue so I'll
wait until I hear back from Chaals.

@Francois / @Dan -- hopefully this addresses all outstanding issues.
