ACTION-1015 What to do with the CT Landscape document

I took an action on yesterday's call to recommend to the group what to 
do about this document [1].

I suggest that modulo a couple of minor changes, specifically rewording of

This document is the Problem Statement referred to in the Charter of the 
W3C Mobile Web Initiative Best Practices Working Group Content 
Transformation Task Force, and will serve as a basis for the work on the 
non-normative W3C Recommendation on content adaptation.


we request publication as-is, though note that the resulting CT Document 
has not met all the requirements stipulated (mostly because there were 
found to be no practical existing mechanisms for meeting them).

PROPOSED RESOLUTION: Ref the CT Landscape document, modulo minor 
editorial changes request publication as a Note.
