unless the device has poor or no support for MQs (a common occurrence), 
in which case you are back to if..then..else, initially, and WURFL 
eventually.

Second link was from the same site.

This seems to suggest that that MQs do not have much following among 
mobile developers (and I can tell you that in 10 years of honored 
WMLProgramming history, I cannot recall a single question about MQs. 
Maybe there were one or two, but MQs certainly never showed up on the 
radar as a solution for the overwhelming majority of mobile developers).
